BaseOne Landscaping is an owner-operated company in Peoria, AZ, serving the West Valley since 2016. With two decades in Arizona landscapes, Chris Cooper leads a licensed, bonded, and insured team that focuses on the work that matters here: complete yard renovations, smarter irrigation installations and renovations, and real-grass lawn care done the right way. Walk-Through & Priorities

We review the property, map sun/drainage, assess existing irrigation, align budget and timing, and confirm whether this is a renovation, an irrigation installation/renovation, or a maintenance onboarding.

Scope, Design & Pricing

You get a clear scope and phased timeline with line-item pricing. We specify what fits the West Valley: gravel at proper depth, desert plant palettes, warm-season turf, and the irrigation plan (spray-to-drip, Poly to PVC, new zones, smart controller, pressure regulation). HOA requirements included when needed.

Build or Maintenance Onboard

Projects: clean demo and grading, irrigation installed first, then hardscape, planting, and lawn or desert-adapted planting with a clean gravel finish.
Maintenance: weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly visits with the same crew and a post-mow irrigation check every visit.

Follow-through & Communication

We program controllers, set seasonal watering guidance, close punch-list items, and check back after the first irrigation cycle. If timing shifts, you hear from us before you have to ask.
